Media: Physical brand-bible/zine distributed to big box retailers — Zumiez & Urban Outfitters

Even though Mishka was already over a decade old by the time it broke out of boutiques and DTC and into big box retail, the brand was virtually unknown in that echelon of retail. Mishka was an unknown not only to many shoppers, but also the folks who worked at Zumiez and Urban Outfitters. Our solution was to make an on brand asf “brand bible” to help retail workers get closer to Mishka. So, we made a zine. We made sure it felt like the ones we grew up with, and we used that to tell our story and create brand advocates.
